1. Scope and acceptance
These Viewer Terms supplement the Platform Terms for anyone who browses, registers for, purchases from, or watches a channel on OTT Platform. They are a development draft pending counsel approval.
By creating a viewer account, accepting a gift, purchasing access, joining a community feature, or playing content after these terms are presented, you agree to these Viewer Terms and the applicable channel offer.
2. Your relationship with a channel
Channels are operated by independent channel owners. The channel owner selects and controls its content, schedule, descriptions, price, renewal terms, sponsor relationships, moderation, and customer promises. Unless checkout identifies another seller, the channel owner is the merchant and seller of record for your purchase; the platform provides the underlying technology and payment connection.
Questions about programming, editorial decisions, promised benefits, event changes, and channel-specific refunds should first be directed to the channel contact shown in the channel or receipt. The platform may assist but does not guarantee a particular resolution.
3. Eligibility and account integrity
- You must be at least 13 and legally permitted to use the Service. A parent or guardian must approve purchases by a minor where required.
- Provide accurate information and keep your email and payment method current.
- Do not share authentication credentials or impersonate another person.
- A viewer account is personal unless an offer expressly permits household, team, or organization access.
- Promptly report unauthorized use; we may require identity or purchase verification before restoring access.
4. Personal viewing license
During an active access period, the applicable channel owner grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to privately view the authorized programming for personal, noncommercial use. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of a video, recording, download, event, or underlying intellectual property.
- Do not publicly perform, rebroadcast, restream, screen-record, distribute, sell, sublicense, or make copies except where an authorized offline feature expressly permits a temporary protected copy.
- Do not remove watermarks, bypass geographic or device limits, defeat encryption or DRM, capture credentials, or extract media URLs.
- Do not use content to train models, create datasets, or make derivative commercial products without permission from the rights holder.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions, pay-per-view purchases, trials, promotions, gifts, refunds, cancellation, and payment failures are governed by the Subscription and PPV Terms and the disclosures shown at checkout. Review the seller, price, billing interval, renewal terms, access window, and refund rules before confirming payment.
Deleting an account or application does not necessarily cancel a recurring subscription. Use the cancellation control in your account or the same purchasing medium and retain confirmation.
6. Devices, offline access, and protection
Offers may limit simultaneous streams, registered devices, quality, territory, start and end dates, or offline availability. Protected downloads are licensed, device-bound, time-limited, revocable, and may require periodic online verification. Watermarks may display an email fragment or session identifier to deter unauthorized redistribution.
Hardware, browser, operating-system, network, display, HDCP, app-store, and provider requirements may change. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or connection.
7. Community participation
Comments, chat, reactions, polls, profiles, and other community features must follow the Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines. Your submissions may be visible to the channel, moderators, and other viewers. Do not publish information you expect to remain private.
You retain ownership of lawful submissions and grant the channel owner and platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, moderate, and distribute them within and in connection with the channel. The license ends when the submission is deleted, subject to backups, legal preservation, prior sharing, and operational records.
8. Viewing privacy
We process viewing history, search activity, progress, favorites, subscriptions, purchases, device information, and engagement to provide playback, recommendations, access control, analytics, security, support, and legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy.
We will not disclose personally identifiable viewing history for third-party cross-context advertising without the notice and consent required by applicable video-privacy law. Channel owners may receive channel-related audience information as described in the Privacy Policy and must use it lawfully.
9. Content and event availability
Content may be edited, delayed, rescheduled, replaced, geoblocked, removed, or made unavailable because of rights, safety, technical, legal, provider, or editorial reasons. A live event may start late, end early, buffer, lose captions, or fail to produce a replay. Published descriptions and schedules are informational unless checkout expressly makes one a material purchase promise.
If paid access is materially unavailable, available remedies are governed by the offer, Subscription and PPV Terms, applicable law, and the responsible seller's refund policy.
10. Enforcement and account closure
We or the channel owner may moderate submissions and restrict playback, community features, devices, or accounts for fraud, chargebacks, security risks, infringement, harassment, credential sharing, access-control circumvention, legal requirements, or policy violations. Urgent action may occur without advance notice.
You may close your account using available settings or support. Closure remains subject to unresolved purchases, disputes, legal preservation, and the data-retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility for content
User and channel content is provided by independent parties and may contain opinions, mature topics, errors, or material you find objectionable. Neither availability nor moderation is an endorsement. Automated captions, translations, summaries, and accessibility metadata may be inaccurate.
The Service is not an emergency service and content is not professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or other regulated advice unless the identified provider is qualified and expressly accepts that role. Use appropriate professional and emergency resources.
12. Remedies and controlling terms
The Platform Terms' warranty disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution, governing law, and general provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. They do not eliminate non-waivable consumer rights. An applicable channel offer may provide additional rights but may not reduce mandatory protections.
